Honestly it is not as difficult as it looks. If you break it down into steps you can do the whole thing from your laptop. You do not need a lawyer to help you with the steps.
First you need to check if your business name is available. You can do this by searching the Corporate Affairs Commission database.

After you submit your application you will need to wait for it to be approved. This can take a hours or a few days depending on the volume of applications. When your application is approved you will receive your Certificate of Incorporation and your Status Report by email.
You can download these documents print them out and use them to open your corporate bank account. This is the moment when your business becomes official. You are now a recognized entity.
